Sell a brand's products without holding its stock.

The Kayan reseller portal gives you a brand's catalogue, its stock count and a place to run your orders. Every order shows exactly what you earned on it.

Each brand reviews its own applicants, so an account alone doesn't start a program.

What you work with every day

Catalogue and stock
See the products the brand lets you sell, how many are in stock, and the lowest price you may charge.
Your own prices
Where the brand allows it, set your price above its floor. The difference is your markup.
Orders and tracking
Place orders for your buyers, then follow each one's status and tracking number.
Earnings you can check
Markup, commission and deductions on every order, grouped into expected, ready to pay and paid, next to your payout history.
Sell where you already sell
Use a ready shop link, an embeddable widget, a JSON feed, API keys or a Shopify connection.
Reports and a team
Track sales, top products and return rate, and download statements as CSV. Invite managers and sales staff; sales staff see only their own orders.

Questions resellers ask

Do I need to hold any stock?

Not as a dropship reseller. Your orders are filled from the brand's stock, and the portal only lets you order what's in stock.

Will every approved application get the portal?

No. You say which model you want and the brand makes the final choice between dropship, wholesale and consignment. The portal is for dropship. Wholesale and consignment partners become the brand's B2B customers instead.

When do I get paid?

An earning stays expected until the order is delivered and its return window has passed. It then shows as ready to pay. The brand makes the payout and records it, and you'll see it in your history. There's no withdrawal request in the portal.

What happens when an order is returned?

The earning is reversed, and any return charge the brand has set shows up as a deduction on that order.

Is the portal in Arabic?

Partly. Applying to a program and accepting an invite work in Arabic. The sign-up form and the daily portal screens are in English today.

Run the brand yourself? The reseller program lives in the same system as your stock and books. See the Kayan ERP
